I handle the building manager here and the main elevator died earlier today. I have a contract with an engineering company that’s supposed to handle all the maintenance of this things but it was only for 5 years, its been 5 and half. Now I’m fucked.

The residents of this building are going to be pissed to I need to fix this dilemma. When I met with the engineer she told me the same thing: no contract and work but she said we could renew the contract. I’m all for that. Especially since she’s one hot piece of ass.
Yo manejo al gerente del edificio aquí y el ascensor principal murió hoy más temprano. Tengo un contrato con una compañía de ingeniería que se supone que se encarga de todo el mantenimiento de estas cosas, pero fue solo por 5 años, han pasado 5 años y medio. Ahora estoy jodido. Los residentes de este edificio se van a enojar porque necesito arreglar este dilema. Cuando me reuní con el ingeniero, ella me dijo lo mismo: sin contrato y trabajo, pero dijo que podíamos renovar el contrato. Estoy todo para eso. Especialmente desde que es un pedazo de culo caliente.
